The scheduled maintenance for the Campaigns application has been successfully completed. Between 09:13 and 09:36 (CET), the Campaigns app was unavailable, and scheduled campaigns were postponed until after the maintenance. During this time, the Campaigns API was also unavailable and returned errors. Any API messages sent during this period will need to be retried. Additionally, triggered campaigns from the CDP during this timeframe will also be retried. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.

Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

Monday, 28th April 2025, between 09:00 and 11:00 (CET), we will perform maintenance on our Campaigns application. During this time, the application is expected to be unavailable, and no campaigns will be processed for approximately 30 minutes. Once the maintenance is complete, the application will become available again, and all campaigns will resume processing and be sent out as expected. Please note that any campaigns already scheduled will be processed after the maintenance concludes. Thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our services.
